I chose IJM because I believe every child carries something sacred, and when that innocence is stolen through sexual abuse and violence, heaven itself grieves. I believe God sees the wounds that the world often ignores, the hidden fear, the broken trust, the silence children are forced to carry. I do not want to live a life where I only witness suffering from a distance. If I can use my skills for something meaningful, I want them to serve protection, justice, and healing. Because saving one child is never only about one person. It is about breaking a chain. It is about giving a future back to a life that was almost taken. It is about protecting a generation through the healing of one soul. That is why IJM’s mission speaks to me so deeply. It allows me to be part of work that reflects God’s heart for justice, dignity, and restoration.
